    WEOP is committed to the mission of promoting the economic advancement of women with technology based
      solutions, tools, training and business opportunities to advance economic sustainability.

      The organization has successfully been serving women and girls annually since its inception, while also increasing its       reach thousands of women through on-line activities. WEOP’s successful expansion is due to launching innovative       initiatives that leverage technology resources. The organization launched an on-line magazine, a blog talk radio show,       technology based business workshops and integrated E-learning as an option to drive broader class participation.       WEOP continues to utilize the World Wide Web to reach women globally and leverage the website as a vehicle to       educate and provide resources for employment and business opportunities.

    WEOP Accomplishes its Mission with the Following Activities:

  • Develop and implement workforce development programs and strategies

  • Provide training resources and technical support to promote entrepreneurship

  • Utilizes cutting edge technology resources to educate and empower women

  • Coordinate strategic partnerships with the public and private sectors to promote employment, training and business opportunities

  • Spearhead special events and annual conferences to educate and empower women

  • Connect with community leaders to advocate for programs and policies to improve the economic sustainability of women
