What is the “Independent Contractor Professional” (ICP) Certification program?
The "Independent Contractor Professional "ICP is a business development project created by The Women’s Employment Opportunity Project, Inc. in partnership with the Atlanta Technical College. The ICP program consists of eight weeks of classes focusing on a range of business topics to help participants successfully compete for a wide variety of contracts, projects and business opportunities in the public and private sectors. |
Format |
The ICP program consist of eight weeks of formal classroom training in which participants will engage in discussions and examinations of key business elements. After completion of the eight week course, participants receive 2.0 continuing education units from Atlanta Technical College and a certificate from WEOP. |

Additionally, ICP provides additional specialized and customized training in the following five core areas: Federal Contracting, Private Contracting, Technology, Film/Media Production and Public Health. |
